Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Practice
- Initial application $3000 US (includes annual $2000 accreditation fee)
- Survey honorarium & Travel cost ($ 1200- 2200 USD)
Medical/Multidisciplinary Practice
- Initial application $3000 US (includes annual $2000 accreditation fee)
- Survey honorarium & travel cost ($ 1200- 2200 USD)
Behavioral Health/Mental Health/Nutrition Health Practice
- Initial application 2000 US (includes annual $1500 accreditation fee)
- Survey honorarium & travel cost ($ 1200- 2200 USD)
Please note that the initial Application fees is inclusive of tuition free scholarship for AABC certification and credentialing for 1 HCP from applicant center.
